All items purchased from our Holiday Lounge collection are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Thank you!
GENERAL RETURN POLICY
Sometimes the fit isn’t right or things just don’t work out, so here at WAYDAMIN we’re happy to accept 14 day returns on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all tags and labels attached.
EXCHANGE ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. Please also note, any other final sale items will not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless you received the wrong item. If any items are final sale, we make sure to specify on the designated product page.
The return window begins from the day your order was fulfilled/sent to the carrier (not delivered). We recommend referring to your shipping confirmation email to assess your latest return date.
In order to initiate a return/exchange with our return portal, you must meet the following requirements:
- The return string including all garment tags must be attached to garment(s) and unaltered
- Garments in new + pristine condition free of stains, residue, parfums, alterations, etc.
- Unwashed and unworn
RETURN OPTIONS
Refund to original payment method/store credit
If a refund is chosen as the desired return outcome within the portal, you will need to send back your package first.
Once the return package has been delivered, our team will inspect your return items and upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method associated with your order or via e-gift card.
- If goods returned to us do not meet our return requirements or do not belong to WAYDAMIN, the return request will be rejected/canceled and items will be shipped back to you within 1-3 business days after inspection.
Depending on your card issuer, please allow 3-10 business days for funds to be deposited back. This processing time can vary between banks, so please speak to your bank for any more info regarding processing times as we are unable to amend this.
Standard Exchange
If you chose our ‘standard exchange’ option while submitting your return, you will need to send your return package back first in order for your new exchange order to be processed.
Once your return package is scanned by the carrier and in transit, our fulfillment team will then receive your order and begin processing it for shipping.
Please note, if your exchange item(s) becomes out of stock, you will be notified via email and a refund to the original payment method will automatically be processed as a resolution.
Instant Exchange
If you chose our 'instant exchange' option while submitting your return, you will be asked to enter your card details for a full purchase amount authorization hold. These funds are held to send your new exchange order off immediately for fulfillment before you send your return items back.
This option ensures you're able to reserve the items you want right away without the worry of an 'out of stock' notice and gives you ample time to head to the post office within 14 days.
Once your return package is shipped and scanned by the carrier, the authorization hold is released immediately. The return fee will remain non-refundable.
